Hi! I’m Derek, a certified Strength & Conditioning Coach with 7 years of experience helping athletes improve endurance, build strength, and move pain-free. Growing up in the mountains of Colorado, I’ve been passionate about skiing, mountain biking, hiking, and all kinds of outdoor adventure sports — and now I bring that passion into personalized online training programs.

I specialize in online sports performance training for endurance athletes, with a focus on corrective exercise and injury prevention. We start with a quick conversation to get to know each other. I want to hear about your goals, training background, injuries (if any), and the sport(s) you love. Whether you're preparing for ski season, trying to increase golf swing speed, or building endurance on the bike — this step helps us build the right foundation.

You’ll follow your program using a user-friendly app that gives you access to your workouts, demo videos, and coaching notes — all in one place. Train on your own schedule, whether you're at home, in the gym, or outdoors.

3.Train Anywhere, Anytime

After we connect, I’ll create a fully customized training program based on your needs, sport, schedule, and equipment access. Every plan is built to improve your performance, mobility, and strength — with the right balance of challenge and progression.

Online doesn’t mean “on your own.” You’ll receive weekly check-ins, form reviews, and real-time support when you need it. I’ll adjust your program as needed to keep you improving and feeling good in your body.
