Sports performance training takes athletes to the next level. Whether you want to shave seconds off your time, maintain energy levels for longer, get back to competing after an injury, or correct an imbalance - I’m here to help. I’ve worked with several different types of athletes competing from entry level to professional: Golfers, Cyclists, Runners, Cross-country skiers, Downhill Skiers, Triathletes, Mountain Bikers, Swimmers.

Sports Performance PACKAGES:

Month-to-Month: $275

Unsure about committing to a program? Pay for one month at a time. Great for those new to personal training and who want to make sure we’re a good fit.

3 Month Package: Save 10%

Want to give yourself an extra edge for a competition? Get a leg up on the competition with a weight training program and save some money in the process.

6 Month Package: Save 20%

Have a race in mind and don’t know where to start? This is a great option to have a program right from the start to the day of the competition. Plus you can save some money along the way.

12 Month Package: Save 30%

Want to be as prepared for your event as possible? Get started early and have the best chance to get the results you want (Maybe even better)! All while getting the biggest savings on your training.

How It Works

Fill out my contact form so you can get in touch with me. The more information you can give me the better! We’ll discuss your goals, current fitness level, any current/previous injuries, what equipment you have access to, etc.

Once you’ve picked a package and we’ve gone over it, I’ll get you set up on Trainerize. This will be the app I’ll use to share your program with you, communicate, and track your progress. If you have a fitness watch, you can link your stats.

I’ll create a fully customized training program just for you. I’ll continually check in with you and will adjust your program based off your likes/dislikes, results, etc.
